Terms of Use for FlexiNourish

These Terms apply on to all use of wlozarinstrvex.world and to purchases of FlexiNourish products offered by Wlozarinstrvex.

Acceptance and eligibility

By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the website and do not submit purchase requests. You confirm that you are legally able to enter contracts in Finland or your place of residence when buying tangible goods for delivery.

Product descriptions and pricing

FlexiNourish describes folios, labels, and cards using accurate materials information and photography that represents typical finishes. Minor color variance may occur between production batches. Prices appear in euros and include applicable value-added tax unless stated otherwise next to a specific SKU. Typographic errors may be corrected before acceptance of payment; if an error is discovered after payment, you will be offered a refund or substitution.

Orders, confirmation, and payment

An order becomes binding when Wlozarinstrvex confirms it and payment succeeds. You are responsible for providing correct shipping details. Risk of loss transfers according to Finnish commercial practice for consumer distance sales once the carrier assumes possession, except when mandatory law assigns liability differently.

Pickup at the Espoo studio

Scheduled pickups require valid identification matching the buyer name when high-value bundles are collected. If someone retrieves on your behalf, prior written notice may be requested. Studio visits for tactile sampling must respect posted hours and safety guidance.

Intellectual property and limited license

Text, layout, and instructional copy on wlozarinstrvex.world are protected. Companion PDF inserts are licensed for personal household use alongside purchased goods. Redistribution, resale of digital files, or removal of credit lines is not permitted. You may print inserts for your own planning binders within reasonable volume.

Changes to the Terms

If binding loosens, laminate lifts under normal indoor humidity, or label adhesive fails within six months despite proper use, contact support with photographs. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or price reduction according to Finnish consumer sales law.

Gift purchases and recipient data

When you ship FlexiNourish items as gifts, ensure you have permission to share the recipient address. Marketing messages will not be sent to gift recipients unless they independently subscribe or create an account.

Community content and feedback

Suggestions you submit about future FlexiNourish products may be stored in an ideas backlog. By sending feedback you grant Wlozarinstrvex a non-exclusive license to use anonymized insights for product development without obligation to credit individuals, though we often celebrate contributors in newsletters when they opt in.

The authoritative language of these Terms is English. Translations may be provided for convenience; if a conflict arises, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by mandatory local consumer protections.
