Return Policy for FlexiNourish goods

This Return Policy applies from to orders placed with Wlozarinstrvex for FlexiNourish physical products described on wlozarinstrvex.ddd.

Voluntary withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last item in a single order. To exercise withdrawal, notify Wlozarinstrvex through the contact page before the period expires with clear wording.

Condition of returned products

FlexiNourish folios, labels, and cards must be returned unused, without writing on laminated surfaces beyond light pencil marks explicitly permitted for demos, and with packaging intact where reasonable. Strong odors, moisture damage, or missing components reduce resale value and may lead to partial refunds consistent with Finnish consumer rules.

Return shipping and costs

Unless goods were defective or mis-shipped, you bear the direct cost of returning items unless Wlozarinstrvex offers a prepaid label as part of a specific promotion. Use tracked shipping when possible and retain proof of posting until the refund is confirmed.

Refunds and timing

After goods arrive and pass inspection, refunds are issued using the same payment method unless technically impossible, in which case an alternative will be proposed. Refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the withdrawal notice or the goods, whichever is later according to applicable rules.

Defective or incorrect shipments

If a FlexiNourish item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from the confirmed order, contact the studio promptly with photographs. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under mandatory consumer law, including covering return costs when we confirm the defect.

Digital companion materials

PDF companions delivered with a purchase follow the same withdrawal window unless you consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged loss of withdrawal rights. If you keep a digital file after returning physical goods, the value of the digital portion may be deducted from refunds where permitted.

Studio returns in Espoo

Customers near Otakaari may return eligible items in person during announced hours. Bring your order reference and identification. Studio staff will inspect items on site and initiate refunds according to the same timelines as mail returns.

Non-returnable situations

Custom-printed items produced with your unique wording, promotional bundles marked as final sale at checkout, or hygiene-sensitive items opened beyond what is necessary to inspect may be excluded from voluntary withdrawal where law allows. Any exclusion will be clearly disclosed before payment.

How to start a return

Use the contact page, choose the subject “Return,” and include your order number, items, and reason. Wlozarinstrvex responds with instructions and, when applicable, a return authorization code to include inside the parcel.

Policy updates

Return rules may be updated to align with carrier partners or packaging changes for FlexiNourish products. The version on this page controls orders placed after the stated effective date unless law requires otherwise.

Exchanges for different FlexiNourish items

If you prefer a different FlexiNourish SKU instead of a refund, mention it when initiating a return. Price differences will be invoiced or credited after inspection confirms the original items remain eligible for resale.

Environmental handling of returned goods

Items that cannot be resold may be recycled through paper recovery streams when safe to do so. FlexiNourish avoids landfill where Finnish recycling rules allow, though laminated components may require specialist disposal.

Business purchasers and wholesale packs

Companies ordering wholesale bundles may be subject to distinct contract terms noted on invoices. Consumer withdrawal rights described here apply to natural persons acting outside their trade unless a separate agreement explicitly states otherwise.

Recordkeeping for returns

Wlozarinstrvex stores return correspondence and tracking numbers to resolve disputes and improve packaging. Records follow retention limits aligned with accounting and consumer protection expectations in Finland.
